It all began with an idea and watching Bruce Lee Movies.
I am Master Troy Deric “SPYDA” Hill, I have been in Martial Arts for 48 years and am a 6th-degree BlackBelt in Tang So Do, Tae Kwon Do, and Ryukyu Kenpo.
I have been on many “Professional Sport Karate Teams”, including the TEAM I OWN (TEAM SPYDA) and as many “TEAM USA” Teams from different Organizations across the United States.
I had the chance to travel all over the USA and many countries, competing and winning Tournaments, trophy’s and medals.
I continue to Teach & compete today!
